Pathworks Software Corporation (“Pathworks”) recognizes that your privacy and the protection of your personal information is important to you and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the measures taken by us to protect your privacy in connection with your use of www.helpstream.biz (our “Site”) and the Helpstream application (the “Service”) that is accessible through the Site.

What information is collected by Pathworks:

Pathworks may disclose Company Data in aggregated form to its Authorized Solutions Partners, but none of that information will be personally identifiable.
Pathworks may also disclose aggregated Company Data to the public marketplace to help Pathworks identify broad trends and utilization statistics. Again, none of such information will disclose any information about individuals. We do not link aggregate Company Data with personally identifiable information.
