The Community Collaboration module allows people to tap into the collective knowledge of your community—which may include not just customers but your organization's employees and partners.

Community members subscribe to categories of questions and receive automatic notification whenever someone asks a question that matches his or her area of expertise.

The person who submits the question is notified whenever an answer is received and can select what they believe to be the best answer.

Community answers can be easily moved into your organization's official knowledge base, after being reviewed by solution experts. That means less work for your solution experts and more relevant information available quickly to your user community.
